It is a technical and scientific study prepared by a multidisciplinary team that, besides providing tools for the environmental feasibility analysis of the project or activity, it is intended to systematically evaluate the consequences potentially or effectively causers of environmental degradation. The study proposes mitigating measures to enable the project implementation.
