Emergency Planning
Training Objectives
This course intends to present how much a not controlled incident might cost indeed. On the other hand, how much it costs not to have an adequate emergency plan; and what are the emergency planning basic steps.

• Legal requirements
• The incidents dynamics
• Emergency plan composition and selection of the events and occurrences to cater for:
a- Material resources: alarm and communication system, firefighting system, secondary containment system, individual and collective protection devices, ambulances, emergency cars, cranes and other vehicles, etc.
b- Human resources: managers, shift supervisors, operators, fire brigade, firefighters, vigilant, nurses, doctors, police officers, etc.
c- External Resources: Mutual Assistance Plan, fire department, military police, civil police, highway police, civil defense, environmental agency, hospitals, clinics, municipality
